L A T E S T N E W S Dover Football Sign-ups Next Date DOVER – Dover Youth Football will hold sign-ups for the upcoming football season at the McConnell Center Cafeteria in Dover on Saturday, June 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. Registration is open to children entering the 2nd through 6th grades in the fall of 2012. The registration fee is $115 per player for Dover Youth Football ($10 discount for siblings).  IMPORTANT DATES July 28th Evaluations for House League August 4th Equipment Pick Up Date August 11th Make-up Equipment Pick Up Date August 13th First week of practice!! The
UNH Wildcat Football Camp will be held July 15-19 and will feature
specialized and technical instruction to athletes of every age group
regardless of skill or position. Time will be spent teaching each athlete offensive, defensive and special teams skills.
Each
camper will receive personal attention from some of the best college
and high school coaches in the area. This gives campers the opportunity
to sharpen their skills and techniques shortly before they begin
practice with their own teams for the 2012 season.
Each
athlete will receive a camp T-shirt. Camp will close with a competition
scrimmage on July 19. Registration and camper check-in will be on July
15 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the indoor track at the UNH Fieldhouse. The
first session will follow at 6 p.m. on July 15.
This
is not an overnight camp and campers must provide their own approved
helmets, shoulder pads, pants, leg pads, football shoes, and
mouth-guards. UNH is unable to provide these equipment items.
