Dover Youth Football strives to offer the very best environment to learn and play football in the City of Dover. The registration fee covers the costs associated with providing every child with the following equipment:

• Complete game uniforms (jersey and pant set)^[1]
• Complete practice uniforms (jersey and pant set)^[1]
• Helmet^[1]
• Shoulder pads^[1]
• Pad set (thigh, hip, tail and knee)^[1]
• Game socks^[1]
• Mouth guard

[1]	All equipment is to be returned at the end of the season; failure to return any of the assigned equipment will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

To ensure there are no problems with registering your child(ren) for football, please do the following:

1. Print, fill out and sign the REGISTRATION AND RELEASE FORM

2. Write two checks payable to DOVER FOOTBALL LEAGUE INC:

1. $115.00 - Registration Fee
   

2. $50.00 - Security Deposit (deposit checks will be held and not cashed unless equipment is not returned in good order)
   

3. Bring both forms and payments (check or cash) to one of the scheduled sign-up dates.
